long belated happy birthday post for gwen! the second to turn 19 ! (:
met up with the girls since so so long, they picked me up after work & started to search for pasta inc. we couldnt find Jalan Besar and ended up committing soooo many crimes! were in the opposite lanes a couple of times, got the car scratched, reverse to opp lanes, and i think we got caught by the camera. longggg story...

dinner was great though. we ordered our all time favourite side - fried calamari ! the pastas were not too bad but seriously cant beat the one at marina mandarin! super awesome. still, the company and never ending laughter was da best ! (: (:

tea on wednesday was good since its my off-day and we cant go swimming cos someone was sick! ):
bakerzin was having some afternoon tea promotion and the macaroons were going for $0.90 instead of $1.50, which i presume its rather expensive for a small thing like that though their flavours are kinda limited. i got to try dark chocolate finally! very damn good. (:

couldnt have my foret noir cake (black forest) cos we talk talk talk, then sold out ):, so i ordered a strawberry shortcake! haha. Jerine's cheese ice cream cake/tart was very interesting! its our first time having cheese ice cream! hahaha ;D

after that, caught ghost of girlfriends past which was pretty awesome and quite touching (for the jerks out there!) haha. super hilarious also. i want to watch harry potter now! ;D

last friday was last minute plan to phuture and we're condemning the place from then. its so expensive its sooooo crowded on a friday night, so packed you really cant walk at all, furthermore the dance space is barely sufficient for you to breathe. but saw a couple of ppl from sp as well.

havent met A in awhile, so that was supposedly the main objective but we ended up in separate places anyway! hahaha. the hand games was so hilarious, and A had to drink so much whiskey coke but it was all in the name of fun.
dont think will go back to phuture unless an occasion calls for it.

oh. let me talk about the silliest things we did on sat. craved for astons, arrived in dhoby ghaut. was pouring like crazy! walked the linkway to the nearer exit to cathay. luckily, we had an umbrella so we just shared then the rain didnt seem to stop and decrease. yet, it got even heavier. the rain and wind was splashing in. my heels collected water and my dress was soaked just by crossing the traffic junction. then we realised there was holes in the brollie?! cleaned up, dried my feet in the handicapped toilet. took the lift up to astons, omg so long queue. we waited and waited played games, talked abt ppl. one hour ltr, we were finally seated, STILL had to wait for the food. another 20 mins. so all in all, we had dinner only at 1030pm. ): sad sad day.

i'm sorry if im gonna sound so boastful but finally after good long 3 months of stoning, not allowed to talk to customers, not allowed to answer phonecalls & all that training + restrictions, we are finally proved useful. (laysing! hurry hurry!)
i'm so so so happy right now, i think i cant sleep. so to treat myself, i'm gonna go shopping online!

the weekend passed, still no sales. worst is the office is sooooo quiet. no phonecalls at all ):
arghhh. actually liked the mad rush for the project that our boss gave us(most likely for fun!) cos at least we got sth to do. hahaha! ohwell, now i really sit in front of the com and rot everyday. hopefully no paycut for us. :D

cant wait for my offday this wed, we are going swimming at jurong east. i missed the wave pool & lazy pool, esp the times me and my sis used to get so excited aboout. but after that, also means long long week till my NEXT OFF. grrrr.

had my granny's fav & peanutbutter ice cream cravings fixed ( happens once a week). so yay! i'm a happy kid now, with eeyore in my laps.

our company had a dinner event at Fullerton last friday. before going wow, the food was so-so only. variety wasnt too fantastic for a five star hotel, you would certainly be expecting more! but i say the quality is pretty awesome, had a mouthful of lobster ( i never took that since i found out i was allergy to prawns, so somewhat a sibling of prawn). it was sooooo goood. june and laysing loved the pasta, they went two rounds. the sashimi was not bad too! only lack variety.

desserts was not many, but some were pretty interesting like sake jelly and my favourite chocolate peanut butter mousse! ;D

its not anger, its disappointment and upset. its not about complaining what you should have done or not, but just to take initiative and putting yourself in another person's shoes will help. it does not have to be expensive, it sometimes dont take alot out of you. just a statement of reassurance, or even a casual hug, or a small surprise can usually do many wonders and make a person feel loved. sometimes its not the hours you spend together that matters, its how you spend that time to make it special and changing the outcome of certain situations for a good reason, that will definitely put a smile on the person's face.

its tiring to keep telling you how to feel, what you should do. its supposed for you to think what you should do or can do. everyone still fancy surprises every now and then. regaining my independence, slowly taking off.
